1. In a blender, blend garlic, ginger, shallots, turmeric, green chillies, red chillies and water into a smooth paste.
2. Heat cooking oil in a large pot over low heat.
3. Pour in blended paste and add in lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves. Stir-fry gently until moisture evaporates and paste thickens.
4. Add in daging tetel. Combine will and cook briefly until fragrant.
5. Pour in 400ml water. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 10 mins.
6. After that, add in the diced nangka muda. Continue to cook for another 5 mins.
7. Season with salt to taste, mixing well.
8. Add in coconut milk and cook over medium heat until sauce thickens but not dried out.
