Production System
To achieve superb precision, Rinnai has established a thorough quality control system by utilizing a high ratio of in-house manufacturing. The entire Rinnai Group strives to achieve its goal of zero defects.
Training System
At the Production and Technology Development Center, we strive to improve our production technologies and ensure uniformity in the skills of our personnel by passing down techniques from highly experienced
engineering staff.
Distribution System
The products manufactured at the four Rinnai factories are accumulated at our Integrated Logistics Center. This center allows us to improve the efficiency of shipping and meet the diverse needs of our customers.
Awards Recognition for Innovation, Quality and Design
Over the years, Rinnai has garnered numerous distinguished awards in areas of innovations, quality and design. Such achievements speak volumes of Rinnai’s inspiring product excellence. One of the awards that is exceptional is the Super Nova Star Award. This award made Rinnai the only second Japanese company after Toyota Motor Corporation to have been awarded for its energy efficient recognition by ASE* with its innovative Tank-less Water Heater.
This Energy Efficient Award is awarded to organizations that have shown leadership in achieving energy conservation initiative with product category awareness to obtain the “Energy Star” recognition.
*ASE (The Alliance to Save Energy): Established in 1977, NPO, promotes energy efficiency.
