Delivery Area
Peninsular Malaysia only.
Due to logistic concerns, we’re unable to deliver to East Malaysia. Hence, purchasing is not open to East Malaysia.

Delivery Charges
FREE DELIVERY. Yes, this is not a typo. There will be no delivery charges.

Delivery Time
Klang Valley: 4 – 7 working days
The rest of Peninsular Malaysia: 7 – 14 working days
Note: Subject to our respective fulfillment dealers’ working hours.

Order and Delivery Procedures
• Order Confirmation: Once order is placed, an order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you through email within 1 – 2 working days
• Order Processing (Preparing order and deliver to fulfillment dealers’ location):
– Klang Valley 1 – 3 working days
– The rest of Peninsular Malaysia: 2 – 4 working days
• Order Ready to Ship: Once order is ready for delivery, our fulfillment dealer will contact you to make and confirm delivery schedules
• Order in Delivery: Once out for delivery, the driver will call an hour before arrival

Order Amendment (Wrong Information/Edit or Add Items/Wrong Order/Cancellation)
Unfortunately, you are unable to edit your order once order has been placed.

We accept both Credit and Debit Cards for Visa & Mastercard, Credit Card (UnionPay), Online Banking and E-wallet (Grabpay, Touch n Go Pay and Boost Wallet). All your credit card information is protected by means of industry- leading encryption standards.

Payment Security
All credit card information (including CVV) are securely encrypted and stored with our gateway iPay88 (in the case there is transaction cancellation or refund). Every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. Credit card information will not be retained after your order is successfully completed.
