A. How to Participate
- Like and follow Rinnai’s Facebook (Rinnai Malaysia) and Instagram pages (@rinnaimalaysia).
- New Customer: Purchase any Rinnai Malaysia products above RM200 during the campaign period (1 Jun – 31 Oct 2023)
Existing Customer: Currently own a Rinnai Malaysia product - Submit your entry by filling out the entry form in our contest page.
- Fill in your details
- Complete the review: “I love using Rinnai because……”
- Attach photo of you using your Rinnai Malaysia product
New Customer: Photo of you using your Rinnai Malaysia product + receipt as proof of purchase
Existing Customer: Photo of you using your Rinnai Malaysia product
B. Contest Period
The Contest Period is from 1st June 2023 until 31st October 2023, 11:59PM.
Monthly schedule:
June: 1st June 2023 – 30th June 2023, 11.59PM
July: 1st July 2023 – 31st July 2023, 11.59PM
August: 1st August 2023 – 31st August 2023, 11.59PM
September: 1st September 2023 – 30th September 2023, 11.59PM
October: 1st October 2023 – 31st October 2023, 11.59PM
C. Winners and Prizes
- Each qualified participant will be eligible to get one (1) free Rinnai 50th Anniversary Non-Woven Bag.
- Contest submission must be complete and fulfilling all participating criteria to be considered as qualified submission.
- Repeated entries from the same participant across the different contest months will still only get one (1) free Rinnai 50th Anniversary Non-Woven Bag.
- Non-Woven Bag will be distributed on first come first serve basis.
- There will be a total of one (1) grand prize winner, fifteen (15) monthly special prize winners and fifty (50) monthly consolation prize winners.
- One (1) grand prize winner at the end of the contest period
- Three (3) monthly special prize winners per month
- Ten (10) monthly consolation prize winners per month
- The grand prize consists of 1x pair air tickets to Tokyo, Japan.
- Grand prize winner will be chosen by Rinnai (M) Sdn. Bhd after the end of contest period from all qualifying entries based on effort of the review.
- The monthly special prize consists of RM1,000 worth Rinnai Malaysia cash voucher.
- Monthly special prize winners will be chosen by Rinnai (M) Sdn. Bhd after the end of each contest month from all qualifying entries based on effort of the review.
- The monthly consolation prize consists of RM100 Touch n Go reload credit.
- Monthly consolation prize winners will be chosen by Rinnai (M) Sdn. Bhd after the end of each contest month from all qualifying entries based on effort of the review.
- Monthly schedule is as follows:
June 1/6 – 30/6 Winners announced on 25/7 July 1/7 – 31/7 Winners announced on 29/8 August 1/8 – 31/8 Winners announced on 26/9 September 1/9 – 30/9 Winners announced on 31/10 October 1/10 – 31/10 Winners announced on 29/11 - The winners chosen by Rinnai (M) Sdn. Bhd are final. Winners will be notified via email (please ensure email address provided in the submission form is correct).
- Participants are limited to only one (1) entry per person within each contest month (repeated names, contact numbers and/or addresses within the same contest month will be disqualified).
- Participants may submit another entry in the following month if they were not selected as a special or consolation prize winner.
- 10. Prize collection:
- Grand Prize: Required to be collected in person by the winner, unless the winner is living outside of KL & PJ
- Special Prize: Cash voucher will be mailed to the winners. The voucher can be used to purchase any Rinnai Malaysia products at any of Rinnai Malaysia’s authorised dealer shops
- Consolation Prize: RM100 Touch n Go reload credit will be transferred to the winner’s account
- The prize winner may collect their prize at the following address:

40150 Shah Alam, Selangor. - The complimentary Rinnai 50th Anniversary Non-Woven Bag will be couriered to the recipient’s address stated in the entry form. Incomplete or invalid mailing addresses will not be entertained.
- Rinnai (M) Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for any failure to contact the winner as a result of invalid contact information provided.
- Rinnai (M) Sdn. Bhd. makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the prizes unless explicitly stated and will not be responsible nor liable for any problems and/or damage thereto or arising there from.
- Rinnai (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to replace the said prize with another of equal or lesser value.
- Winners hereby irrevocably agree and give consent to Rinnai (M) Sdn. Bhd. to publish any related mater to the entries including and not limited to the Winner’s names, interviews, and photographs for current and future advertising and promotional purposes.
- Rinnai (M) Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for Internet connection errors that may affect the Contest.
D. Organiser and Eligibility
- The Organiser of the Rinnai Malaysia Review & Win Contest is Rinnai (M) Sdn. Bhd. by participating in this Contest, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
- Rinnai (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.
- Rinnai (M) Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any losses, damages or expenses as a result.
- Rinnai (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Contest Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time. Participants agree to be bound to any such changes. Rinnai (M) Sdn. Bhd.’s decision shall be final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
- This Contest is open to Malaysian residents with an Instagram account, during the Contest Period. Employees of Rinnai (M) Sdn. Bhd. and its subsidiaries, marketing or event agencies and their immediate families, are not allowed to participate in this Contest.
- By participating in the Contest, you agree to receive updates from Rinnai (M) Sdn. Bhd. from time to time.
E. Liability
Rinnai (M) Sdn. Bhd. will not be responsible or liable for:
- Any problem, damage, or loss of whatsoever nature to any Participant, or their authorised representatives resulting from their participation in the Contest.
- Any error (including error in notification of Contest Winner), omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, Internet line failure, theft, destruction of, or unauthorised access to entries, PC hang whether arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, viruses, bugs, or other causes outside its control.
F. Disqualification
Rinnai (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify anyone deemed to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Contest Terms and Conditions and/or the Rinnai (M) Sdn. Bhd. Terms of Use Agreement. No correspondence shall be entertained.
G. Disclaimer
Rinnai (M) Sdn. Bhd. receives and processes your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and the PDPA when you provide personal data to Rinnai (M) Sdn. Bhd. You acknowledge that you have agreed to our Terms and Conditions upon participation in the Contest by Rinnai (M) Sdn. Bhd. collecting, using, and processing your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and the PDPA for the following purposes:
- Sending you information related to online promotions, Contests, and events, and related to our marketing activities, unless you have indicated to us that you do not wish for us to process your personal data for such purposes;
- Using your information for marketing and statistical analysis for planning and demographical use;
- Complying with local law and regulatory requirements or to assist in law enforcement and investigations by relevant authorities;
- Any other purposes related to our marketing activities.
