Ingredients

  • 50g pumpkin seeds
  • 50g sunflower seeds
  • 100g almond slices
  • 10g black sesame seeds
  • 100g florenta flour

Method

  1. On a baking pan lined with parchment paper, pour thin layers of the pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and almond slices next to each other.
  2. Bake for 160°C for 5 minutes using the Conventional setting.
  3. Once done, add in the florenta flour and black sesame seeds. Mix thoroughly and spread the mixture out evenly in a thin layer.
  4. Bake for 160°C for 10 minutes using the Conventional setting.
  5. Remove from oven and cut immediately into slices while it’s still hot. Then set them aside to cool.
  6. Enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea, or just themselves!
