Ingredients

Cake:

  • 350g flour
  • 350g caster flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 200g salted butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 200ml milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Vanilla syrup

Frosting:

  • 350g cream cheese
  • 50ml double cream
  • 150g icing sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Decorations:

  • 60g icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Food colouring
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Edible flowers
  • Any decoration of your preference

Method

  1. In a bowl, add in the flour, caster sugar, baking soda, baking powder, butter and eggs. Mix ingredient together until well combined.
  2. Add in milk and continue mixing until mixture is smooth.
  3. Spread the cake batter evenly onto a baking pan and bake in the oven using 3D Hot Air Function for 22 minutes at 160°C.
  4. Once the cake is done, brush it with vanilla syrup. Then use a cutter to cut them into small circles.
  5. In a bowl, add in double cream, icing sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and use it as frosting in between the cake layers.
  6. In another bowl, add in double cream, icing sugar, vanilla extract and food colouring. Mix until well-combined and use it to decorate the top of the cake.
  7. Decorate the cakes accordingly to your liking and enjoy!
