Tempura Ingredients
- 1 sweet potato (sliced diagonally)
- 200g long beans (cut in halves)
- 10 shrimps (peeled but leave the tail shell on, devein)
- 250g squid (sliced into rings)
- 1 lotus root (sliced)
- 300g potato starch
- 1 cup plain flour (or tempura flour if you have)
- 1 cup iced water
- 1 large egg (omit if you’re using tempura flour)
- 4 cups vegetable oil
