- 90g frozen raspberries
- 240g ripe bananas (sliced)
- 12g vanilla protein powder
- 120ml milk
- 1 kiwi fruit (sliced)

Fruity Mango Splash
- 1 cup mango (diced)
- 2 frozen bananas (sliced)
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup almond milk
- Blueberries
- 1 mango (diced)
- 1 kiwi fruit (sliced)
- Toasted coconut flakes
Super Green Burst
- 1 cup kale leaves
- 1/2 banana (sliced)
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp agave syrup/honey
- 1/2 cup ice
- Blueberries
- Toasted granola
- Toasted almonds
- Toasted coconut flakes

Method
- Toast the granola, coconut flakes and almonds over low heat.
Dragon Energy Boost
- In a blender, blend frozen red dragon fruit, frozen raspberries, ripe bananas, vanilla protein powder and milk until well-combined, creamy and smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and top it off with kiwi fruit slices, diced white dragon fruit, toasted coconut flakes and toasted granola.
Fruity Mango Splash
- In a blender, blend diced mango, sliced frozen bananas, frozen pineapples and almond milk until well-combined, creamy and smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and top it off with blueberries, diced mango, kiwi fruit slices and toasted coconut flakes.
Super Green Burst
- In a blender, blend kale leaves, sliced bananas, avocado, almond milk, agave syrup/honey and ice until well-combined, creamy and smooth.
